From May 8 to August 17, Western University offers accommodations to conference delegates, students and visitors to London when referred by a Western community member. (Long-term stays at London Hall are open to Western community members only). A valid UWO email address and contact name are required when making a reservation.

Where do I check-in?

All guests, including those staying at London Hall, will check in at the Front Desk of Ontario Hall which is open 24/7. Buildings are located across the road from one another, however if you will be bringing a large amount of luggage, you may wish to ask your taxi to wait for you to check in.

What is provided in the room?

Bedrooms for short term stays at Ontario are equipped with bed linens, towels, washcloths, a bar of soap and cups. Forget something at home? A variety of toiletries are available at the Ontario Hall Front Desk upon request.  For long term stays occurring at London Hall, you will be responsible for bringing your own bed linen, towels and kitchen supplies (such as plates, pot, pans, cutlery, etc.).

If I book a room with two beds, will there be another guest staying in my room?

Each guest who books as an individual will have one entire, lockable bedroom within the suite to themselves. You will be the only person who has access to this room. You will be required to share the common space with another person(s). All suites are assigned based on the gender you select at the time of reservation.

Where can I park and is it free during the summer?

Long-term stays in London Hall will need to visit Parking Services and check student lots for proximity.

Short term guests at Ontario Hall can park in Honk parking specified spaces behind Ontario Hall and in the Ontario Hall lot. The lot is free on evenings (after 5:00 p.m.) and on weekends.
